A red burning sun , blue cloudless sky.. A burning hot day

Just back frm sch ,its another practical day today. I am so tired now , makes me thinks of my soft cloud like bed (actually my bed is stone hard , too thin that i can still feel the floor XD but i still like them anyways ) . I had so much to do in the kitchen today , have to prepare chicken breast ,chicken soup , then have to help fren with tones and tones of tomatoes. hmm my job today in the kitchen , chef mark gave me 30 chicken breast to clean .Now i knw why chef mark is thin , If i have to face so many raw chicken pieces evryday, i would lost appetite too. Have to wash away the yellow sticky stuff frm the chicken skin MY GOD thats disgusting .I do clean chicken at home but never in such quantity , then the best part is u have to clean the basin afterward, with all those sticky stuff left inside . Then those chicken was fried and put inside the oven for a while

After 10 min when the chicken is ready and then only the smells of the roast chicken starts to come out .Now just feel that all my hard works worth it, I likes to see the happy face of the guest who tasted the food i cook .Being a chef is fun ! (have to state out something too , being chef no need clean chicken, only kitchen helper does )

Its the end of my post again , see u all very soon .Too tired >.< , now have to get rid of the raw chicken smell from my body with a nice warm shower ...
